Events

Laser Tag Birthday Parties for ages 5 and older are easy and fun. Our staff will help get things started and help make your party an event all the kids will be talking about. Cake and ice cream are always easier when the kids are all tired from having so much fun running around playing tag.

Laser Tag School Events are great for After Prom Events, Senior Parties, and festivals. Our taggers work inside the gym or outside in a field. We can bring portable barriers and laser lights to make your event more exciting. Late nights don’t scare us either. We often run events from 9:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Laser Tag Church Youth Nights attract more kids to your youth group. Many churches make laser tag an annual event. Your students can invite their friends to learn about your church programs. Add the 50-caliber machine gun or game boxes and spice the event up even more.

Laser Tag Corporate Events are a great team building activity. Tactical laser tag games encourage team building and problem-solving skills. Players must work together to outsmart their opponents team.

Game Box 2.0

The Game Box 2.0 is one of Rochester Laser Tags latest innovations! Built inside an ammo canister to maintain that tactical military battlefield look, the Game Box 2.0 is capable of being a number of battlefield props while also enabling brand new game modes!

NEW GAME BOX MODES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Infection / Zombies

• One of the most popular games at Rochester Laser Tag we bring to your battlefield is Infection!
• What the Game Box can do is spawn players as Zombies. Their taggers now shoot at a much higher rate of fire, do less damage, have more health, and shoot different colored lasers.
• Let’s say you have a group of 20 players. What we will typically do is start 18 players to be the “survivors” and 2 players to be the “zombies”.
At first, it’s an all out assault by the survivors on the zombies. The zombies are being eliminated, and of course go back to the Game Box to respawn (they are living dead after all).
• Eventually, the zombies eliminate a couple or few players. Those players go to the Game Box in the Zombie’s base to respawn as zombies.
• So, now the game is 15 vs. 5, and then 12 vs. 8, 10 vs. 10, and so on.
• This is a very intense game, because whichever player/s make it to the end of the time limit and remain as survivors, wins! If there are no survivors, then zombies win!

Search & Destroy

• In this game mode, each team has a Game Box set to “Defender” mode near their base which they have to protect.
• Team Alpha’s mission is to seek out and shoot Team Bravo’s Game Box to eliminate it, and Team Bravo’s mission is to do the same to Team Alpha’s Game Box.
• You can alter this game and the capabilities of the Game Box to your desire. For instance, you can set it to where each team must successfully eliminate the other team’s box a total of 3 times (or however many you like) before the game can end.
• The Game Box can also have a specific amount of “health”, and can even be programmed to shoot back until it has received so much damage.

Proximity Mine & Bomb

• Game boxes can be used on the battlefield as proximity mine props. You can designate how many times the proximity mine detonates, how often, and you can also set it to be eliminated from the battlefield after being shot.
• Game Boxes can also be used as bombs on the battlefield that are detonated by being shot, so one team can shoot at the box if there are enemies within its nearby vicinity, and those players will be eliminated.

Ammo/Medic Mode

• For the players who want a more tactical and realistic battlefield experience, multiple Game Boxes can be set around the battlefield as ammo and medic boxes.
• If you want to use the Game Box as an ammo box, ideally you would set your players’ taggers to have only a limited amount of ammo, and in order for them to receive more ammo, they have to reach the Game Box and press one of the buttons. Otherwise, they will run out of ammo until they respawn.
• If you want to use the Game Box as a medic box, your players can head to one of the medic boxes after being shot so that they can restore their health in order to avoid be eliminated and having to respawn.

Respawn Mode

• Game Boxes can also be used as respawn boxes with more advanced features!
• For instance, it can be a respawn box that stops distributing respawns after a certain amount of time that you have set.
• You can also adjust the amount of respawns each team gets. You would choose a number of respawns that each team is allowed, and once one of the teams runs out of respawns and is completely eliminated, the game will be over.

The kids really enjoy the activity.  There are multiple games they can play and the two hours fly by. The online booking site is easy to use.
